Drop Ship Address - ONLY complete this section if we are drop shipping the order to your customer.

File Upload

Please note:

  • The file upload size limit is set to 100MB, although we highly recommend limiting uploads to the smallest size possible. If your file is too large, try compressing it into a ZIP file.
  • Please send files in PDF, EPS, or TIF format, with the color space set to CMYK.
  • If artwork bleeds, please be sure to include 1/8" bleed area and crop marks.
  • Please convert all text to outlines or curves.
  • If sending raster art, please make sure resolution is at least 300dpi.
  • If pdf file submitted is a multi page pdf, please note: PAGE 1 is considered the FRONT, PAGE 2 is considered the BACK.  This is especially important if submitting files for postcards or full color business cards with UV on one side.  If the backside of your order needs to be UV coated, please adjust your artwork accordingly.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR FILE, YOU AGREE TO ABOVE GUIDELINES.  ART FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY WILL BE PRINTED AS-IS AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REPRINT AT NO CHARGE.  FOR BEST RESULTS, FLATTEN YOUR ART FILE AND SUBMIT THE 600 DPI PDF FILE.

FILE NAMES MUST BE UNIQUE - DO NOT USE THE SAME NAME REPEATEDLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A NEW ORDER / FILE THAT YOU'VE ALREADY PRINTED IN THE PAST 30 DAYS.

I have read and understand the Artwork Guidelines and have adhered to its content. I am authorized to have this order printed and assume all risk of any trademarks and copyright infringement. Further, I will indemnify, hold harmless and agree to defend BCT, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, and vendors from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction or use of the material supplied by me.

The print industry is still experiencing supply chain disruptions that continue to drive up material and production costs. Overall US inflation hit a 40-year high, and in our industry specifically, paper and ink prices have risen by 25% or more.

Please let us know if you would like a hard copy of our current pricing.  A digital download is available here, on our website, or you can email us and we would be happy to send you a digital copy.

Notable Changes:
• Delivery Fees will be increasing to $5.00/delivery via Route Driver
• A $8.00 freight fee will apply to business card shipments (spot & full color) that are shipping to dealer that total less than $50.00.  Freight will apply for other items, even if shipping with business cards.  
(Delivery Area Surcharges are extra and apply based on delivery address.)

We will still offer FREE Delivery & Shipping for 14PTC2S UV FRONT business card orders.  The free delivery & shipping will ONLY apply to full color orders placed on 14PTC2S with UV Front.  If other orders are grouped with these cards, freight will apply for those orders.
